This links directly to the Weather Underground. However, you can cut out a few of their pages by typing in either a state or a city code for a Search String. For example, "NY" will get you a list of New York cities with weather forecasts. Any two-letter state abbrievation works the same way. In addition, if you happen to know the three-letter city code that weather underground uses, you can type that in and go straight to the forecast. (ie: Ith is Ithaca, etc.)
