As far as we can tell, jungle gyms are publicly available after 3:00 PM. We freely interpret this to mean that it's legal. In order to keep it all legal, please be nice to the kids and parents. Also, if children do start following you (they will!), don't let them do anything dangerous.

Fred's never had this problem, but Mark looks a lot spookier: If you go by yourself, don't be too surprised if people act like you're a child molester.

Perhaps I should state the obvious as well. Climbing, even on jungle gyms, is potentially dangerous. We accept no responsibility for anything that happens because of this web site.
