Joe Rogan has also indicated that he gets a kick out of watching The Mentalist. According to a press release from the Associated Press, Joe Rogan is the most recent in a long line of celebrities to state that they get vaccines for the flu and for the common cold. Joe Rogan states he’s not going to get into the”happiness hypothesis” anymore, but rather state he’s going to talk about the things that have been causing him happiness. In the previous interview he said how listening to certain kinds of music affects his mood and talked about meditation as well. In this latest interview he talks about how the new TV series The Mentalist is based on a story he read in a book about treating psychosomatic illnesses. If you’re someone who thinks that Joe Rogan is only saying what he thinks people want to hear, then you’re probably not going to be happy with the new leadership Joe Rogan’s taking. Many fans are calling the new podcast The fantastic Doctor a brain dead show and saying that it doesn’t offer any new ideas for treating ailments of the mind.

Recently, in an online search I did to search for signs that Joe Rogan was right about the health benefits of meditation and the link between that and the many ailments of the mind, I came across a rather interesting theory involving Joe Rogan’s beliefs about the Western culture. According to the theory, Joe Rogan saw a similarity between the life span of the Japanese karate master and the writer, Yujiaki Aoyagi, who wrote the best seller The Long Knife. The book was supposed to explain why Aoyagi could be able to live so longinto his nineties. Additionally, it discussed how the brain is connected to various different areas of the body, including the brain, and how the body, and mind, can be linked to one another in some way. Aoyagi’s publication also discussed how many of the aches and pains we experience during the years are related to tension within the human body in addition to the mind. So, it appears that Joe Rogan may have found his very best evidence that meditation can treat the body and mind and prevent illness.
